This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") is intended to define the terms and conditions under which Nomad Sp. z. o. o (hereinafter "Nomad Warsaw") may process personal data of natural persons (hereinafter the "Users") who use the website www.nomad-warsaw.com (hereinafter the "Website") and use cookies while browsing the Website.

Any access to and use of the Website by the User constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Nomad Warsaw reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, particularly to adapt it to changes on the Website or to applicable regulations. Therefore, Users are advised to refer to the latest version of the Privacy Policy before accessing and browsing the Website.

3. Legal bases and purposes of data processing
 
Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Under European data protection legislation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the "GDPR", and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), Nomad Warsaw processes Users’ Personal Data only for the purposes and on the legal bases defined below.
 
a. Order and online booking processing
 
Users can access the following services via the Website:

• "Click & Collect" (online ordering): upon the date of opening of Nomad Warsaw restaurant in Spring 2026;

• Online reservations: upon the date of opening of Nomad Warsaw restaurant in Spring 2026.
   

To process the User's order or booking, Nomad Warsaw  receives and processes Personal Data collected by the relevant service provider.

Legal basis: Article 6.1.b of the GDPR – performance of a contract with the data subject.
 
b. Private event and group booking requests
 
Users may submit requests for private events or group bookings via a contact form. Nomad Warsaw collects and processes the following data:
 

• Name, first name;

• Phone number and email address;

• Employer identity (for business inquiries);

• Any additional data shared in the message field.

c. Newsletter distribution
 
Users can subscribe to the Nomad Warsaw newsletter. With their consent, Nomad Warsaw collects and processes their email address.
