These General Terms & Conditions of use (the "Terms") define and govern the conditions, methods, and limits for using and accessing the website www.nomad-warsaw.com (the "Website") by any user (the "User(s)").

The purpose of the Website is to present Nomad Warsaw restaurant and to offer a service for ordering and booking at the said restaurant.

The Terms are available at any time in a dedicated tab on the Website and may be downloaded by the User for storage on a durable medium. Any access to or use of the Website constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the User.

Nomad Warsaw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice, particularly to adapt them to developments on the Website or applicable regulations. Users are therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the Terms before accessing and browsing the Website.
